Timely invoicing and payment of invoices is key to any business and property ownership is no exception. We ensure tenants are invoiced accurately and on time, and prompt for payment as required. Escalation can be managed with third party agents via means such as CRAR should it become necessary.
Service charge management
Our service charge calculation model ensures service charges are billed accurately and with transparency for all parties. We can also take control of payments on account where required.
Utility supplier account management
Management of utility suppliers can be a time consuming and frustrating process. We can take responsibility for negotiating supplier contracts, recharges to tenants and managing payment collections to ensure payments match accurate invoices.
